  • Press Windows + R to launch the run dialog box. 

  • Type services.msc and hit the enter button. 

  • Now, choose QuickbooksDBXX.

  • Check Startup type and set it to automatic mode. 

  • Now, check the Service status to ensure it’s on Running mode. 

  • Then, move to the Recovery tab to select it. 

  • From the drop-down menu select Restart the service for first, second, and subsequent failures. 

  • Click Apply following the Ok button.

Once you’re done, please repeat these steps for QBCFMonitorService.
